In order to break away from the traditional fish head meehon, owner Win Soon decided to add fresh prawns into his signature dish, which attracted large numbers of customers to his eatery and numerous accolades. The soup base is prepared with various vegetables like Chinese cabbage, tomatoes and boiling them for 4 to 5 hours.
